In Edgewater, a tower is sold on its light, its views and the life it promises by the bay. Studio FLF creates tower brand films, condo walkthroughs, twilight aerials and pre-construction campaigns for Edgewater developers. Every project starts with a director's note, written before the shoot. When the film covers several locations, a scouting day comes first. Director François Lefranc leads the shoot, and delivery comes three to four weeks later.

Do you have FAA Part 107 drone certification for Miami airspace?+

Do you have liability insurance for filming in residential buildings?+

Yes · $2M general liability, additional insured certificates issued to any condo association, developer or sales centre on request.
