In Aventura, the story often lives between the storefront and the skyline. Studio FLF creates retail brand films, Aventura Mall activations, condo walkthroughs and recurring content for the neighborhood's commercial and residential brands. Every project starts with a director's note, written before the shoot. Director François Lefranc leads the shoot, with a scouting day first when several locations are involved. Your film is delivered three to four weeks after the shoot.

Can Studio FLF film inside Aventura Mall?+

Yes, with proper authorisation. We coordinate filming permissions with Aventura Mall security and tenants, including after-hours and off-hours shoots when needed.

How much does a retail brand film cost in Aventura?+

Half-day retail shoots from $3,000. Full brand films with talent, multi-location and edit suite from $6,000, $12,000. Recurring monthly content programmes from $3,500/month.

Do you film luxury condo properties in Aventura?+

Yes · full cinematic walkthroughs of Williams Island, Porsche Design Tower-adjacent buildings, Turnberry Ocean Club units and more. Drone for tower exteriors when airspace permits.

Is Aventura drone-friendly?+

Class G airspace mostly, but Opa-Locka Airport is nearby · Part 107 with LAANC authorisation handled by our partner operators.

Do you produce content in Russian, Hebrew or Portuguese for Aventura's international community?+

Subtitling and voice-over in EN / FR / ES are native. Additional languages handled via certified translators when needed for international campaigns.

Can you produce content for a monthly subscription model?+

Yes · Convert+ (our subscription product) ships 2 to 4 cinematic videos per month, plus social cuts, for a fixed monthly fee. Pricing from $3,500/month for the Starter plan.

Do you cover Aventura Marketing Council and chamber events?+

Yes · event coverage half-day from $3,000, full-day from $5,500 with multi-camera and same-day social cuts.

How quickly can you deliver retail launch content?+

Social cuts: same day or next day. Full brand films: three to four weeks after the shoot, or seven to ten days on an express schedule with priority post.
